That's the problem with any Netflix. You have to use VPN to access.

Not really. For example if someone in France creates an account they will have access to shows and movies available for France. If they travel to Spain and access their account from Spain they will still see only shows and movies available for France no matter what country they are in.
This is why I am asking what country are the accounts created from.
