I'm assuming this is the website of the project: (https://explorecatena.com/)

Its really cool to see government of Canada exploring and taking advantage of blockchain technology. Although there are few data's that you can search and mostly from 2016-2017, maybe they haven't fully integrated or propagated the latest data. But its really good that anyone can search on that website and see where the grants is going and how much and everything is transparent on the disclosure detail link.
