The majority of US students want to take a pre-codec and blockchain technology course.18% of students own pre-coded

According to a recent nationwide survey of 675 students co-authored with Qriously, 18% of students said they owned encrypted assets, one in four said they would definitely attend the course. about pre-coding or blockchain.

David Yermack, chief financial officer at the University of New York's Stern School of Business, said such courses would greatly benefit students. The number of students enrolled in the blockchain course has increased almost sixfold in the past four years, the report said.

According to him, such sudden increase is due to:

"The process is going well, so most financial data will move to blockchain-based organizations. Students will benefit greatly through this field study. "

Another review also shows that one of the top 50 universities in the world will be targeted for pre-coding and blockchain courses. Of the top 50 US universities, ranked by US News and World Report, 42% provided at least one course on coding and blockchain related research, while 22% provided more than one course. The survey noted the growing interest of students in this course. 47% of students in social sciences and 34% of students in computer science and engineering said they were interested in studying coding.

It accounts for less than 1% of the total worldwide encoding

This news came after CTO Coinbase, Balaji Srinivasan, made comparisons that only 8% of Americans own pre-coding and accounts for less than 1% of the total encoding worldwide. Up to 63% of adults own a smartphone. However, this has generated a wave of questions from tweets that doubt the accuracy of extrapolating the future rate of ownership of codewords from current data.

What is "coding money"? The main article used Crypto and "Coding Money" means just nothing, no sense. You really need to use a good spinning tool.

Putting aside the term coding money, it is encouraging to see the take up of crypto-based study in the Uni's. I wonder however, how bleeding edge the courses taught will be, with such a rapid change in the crypto space all the time.

But still we are low in numbers it needs to increase multiple times not in US it needs to spread all over the world to have the crypto currency system in future. But I didn't study anthing about coding and the blockchain technology still I can be a investor so from that the knowledge about the blockchain is not needed for the people only the basic knowledge is enough to understand the blockchain and the bitcoin.

I think this is an indication that people accept bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The adoption of new technology is a long process, but I think we are on the right track!

Thank you for the information, this is good news, and I think women have a better ability than men to understand the world of coding.

and courses like that are very good, because we will face the world of blockchain technology. so, we must be really ready to accept this new technology.

why are you using strange terms such as "coring money", "encrypted asset",...! the term is "cryptocurrency".

as for the students the courses on blockchain technology has been available for a couple of years now and they have been participating in them for education and to become what usually referred to as blockchain experts. but that doesn't mean they also buy cryptocurrencies.

Here is the result of the survey directly from Coinbase

I tried to look at the methodology for the survey...but I can't make heads or tail of this thing

Our study focused on classes available to undergraduate-level students in the fall 2018 semester or the most recent semester for which information was available online. The research excluded classes that are graduate-level only.

I'm not that familiar with the US system, what's the difference?

Yes, it was available before but it seems that in the last 2-3 years, the interest of young generations grew that's why more and more schools needed to open up courses related to blockchain technology.

I agree that this is a positive news, the impact of this young generations learning blockchain will be huge because the future is really moving towards blockchain and those studying right now can find jobs easily because they have the proper foundation.

Its like Computer Science in mid 90's (at least in my country), new branch of study but grow tremendously in the next 5 years and the first batch of graduates got jobs easily because competition is still not yet there and companies are moving towards the computer age at that time.

That's a good news. Blockchain is a new technology and now it has become a new trend. That's why students are being interested in it. Really happy to see that finally people are recognizing the necessity of blockchain.

Actually this news shows that the demand for crypto assets and blockchain technology is increasing and more US students are showing interest for this. Girls are really fond of this technology and market. This also indicates a huge market in future.

Even though the number is a bit low, but it is still a good sign that the students are now more interested in the crypto and that they are even coming up with codes and are already on the stage of developing it. This is a good thing indeed.

The young people's optimistic approach to this technology is exciting. This indicates that crypto assets will definitely gain value in the future. I wish it could educate the young people in the middle eastern country.

Though the number is showing only 18% but I am quite sure there are people who are teaching blockchain by themselves and people are learning there which will not be registered in this official research so, we really don't need to worry about the situation. Blockchain technology is in right path and in right hands.

there is no "official research" to have a decent number. it is mainly the guesswork of some click bait article that OP copied here. there are many who are educating themselves about the blockchain technology because they are interested but you can't really consider that "education" and certainly they won't be experts.
