IMO people do care way too much about the short term price.

I agree. For the short term, I see a tendency for lower highs. It was near 10k some months ago, then the high dropped to 9, 8, and now 7k. This is standard in bear markets, and the fact that we are still having it, means this will take longer than we think. So, its no use to care for the short term. Bitcoin was tamed by TPTB and the road ahead will be harder than we thought.

I think it doesn't matter if the price decline continues, the price is indeed fluctuating, the increase will also occur and I don't think panic if this decline continues, even a good situation to buy coins at low prices and start long-term investment to wait until the increase occurs

If bitcoin is falling the market will become weak and people are panicking also, and IMO this is the best time for you to enter the market when everyone is afraid of losing money. Expect a lot cheaper price if this trend continues and you have to play on the safe side whether to hold, or to hold more bitcoin. We know that bitcoin is capable of everything so for me every time you see a cheaper price of bitcoin don't panic because its an opportunity to have more bitcoin and then later on the price will slowly recover and that is the time you make money.

As what you said, people would lose confidence and many would let go of their coins and sell it even though they lost more than half of the value of it. As for others who believes that the coins should have more value then it would be an opportunity for them to buy more at a cheaper price so that when the market turn around, it would be more profitable but then there is a risk that it would not go back up so theis investment would just be losing. Given the situation nowadays, I think it is just a temporary downfall because there are still many people who believes that it is more valuable.

Panic selling would happen but at some point, sellers would be exhausted so the price would eventually have a support and then it would be time for the buyers to appear. Bitcoin hasn't been falling. It went under $6000 in early February, that's 7 months ago, and hasn't gone below what it hit that day. Bitcoin is just spending the year building momentum at the bottom of the market around $6000. It's hit the bottom 4 separate times this year, that isn't falling, that is bouncing off the bottom. Sure it hasn't started moving up away from the bottom yet, but "keeps falling" doesn't even make sense when it is clear the market has firmly rejected bitcoin of less than $6000. When enough people realize that they aren't in fact gonna get bitcoin any lower we will move out of this neutral market we've been in for a while and start going up again.

I think if bitcoin continues to experience a decline it will not be long, because surely the investors are trying to raise it again by buying a lot of coins at the falling price, then the increase will definitely return, and anyway the price is still considered normal the decline is not up drastically, so don't worry about bitcoin will continue to decline

One thing with the market is that it cannot obviously continue to be in one direction all through without at least changing direction at some point.

Downtrends are normal in a market and if there is even a huge downtrend, as long as the market is still active and useful, there would still be a point in time when the whole dump thing ends up subsiding and the market will consolidate before picking back up again. So, at the short term, if the price keeps falling, it just gets more interesting to pick at a lower price and gain a lot from it in the long run.

The cost of production of bitcoin in mining costs dictates that the coin has to hold an increasing base value to keep the currency going. Should be a graduation in price from now as it's already at the baseline.

Price will not continue falling, it is falling only when its already went up. It is staying at around 6.4 thousand dollar levels no matter what, sometimes it goes up to 7 thousand dollar levels and even reached 8 thousand dollar levels once but in the end it goes down to 6.4 thousand dollars which means it is not going down it is just self correcting itself with the market, I think we should not consider that as a "drop" because it was already there.

The falling would be considered if bitcoin goes as low as under 6 thousand dollar levels, if it goes under that than I will agree that the price went down, without going anything further than this I say its expected.
