Just as the subject says.

I have a $33.11 USD e-bay certificate that I can use for any item on e-bay. So instead of spending it on myself, I want someone to spend it with BTC.   Smiley

How to do this?

Go to ebay.com, pick out something within that price range, send me the BTC equivalent as defined by current market price (check https://www.bitcoinmarket.com/ ) for USD to BTC and I'll have the item shipped directly to you. For good faith, I'll only ask for half of the BTC amount and once you get the item, you can pay the other half.

I only have one certificate, so first come, first serve.

Feel free to message me with any questions.

Hey,

That's a great idea!
It would inspire confidence to see some proof that you have the certificate. Maybe a screenshot with some of the important numbers blacked out?

Cheers!

Hmm, nothing I want to buy right now. I wish it were transferable...
Maybe someone can post some bitcoins up for sale and you can buy them with your certificate? That would be one way to turn it into real money, though you take a hit in the paypal transfer and insertion fees.

Yeah, I wish I could to, that way it wouldn't expire in a week.  Sad

You can only imagine how much stuff I had to buy just to earn $33 in e-bay bucks  Grin

Does it work on eBay sites other than the USA? Such as eBay.com.au or eBay NZ?

Send me a link to an item at the site and I'll see what happens when I try to buy it.

Whatever the market was that day, should be able to look up the history since he has a nice graph on it now. https://www.bitcoinmarket.com/
