I tried to send using blockchain's Shared Coin.  I started the transfer on 2/28 afternoon, and still have yet to receive it at the destination address.  The transfer info shows 400+ confirmations with 0.0004 BTC fee:

Is 2+ day waiting time normal in this situation?

Please advise.  Thank you very much!

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

You can just click recover intermediate access in the shared coin feature,

And you will get back the funds. Just do it.
