I would recommend Binance. It has a huge volume.

I recommend btc-alpha, forkdelta also even binance there are many exchange there but not reliable,I suggest to read always in bitcointalk forum to know more about crypto,and kindly join the conversation it's help you a lot don't be shy all we here for helping and learning:)

I use binance ,kucoin ,crytopia ,and tradeogre ,just sigup on anyone or more to select the one that's easier for you

Start with Binance and Bittrex, there are a lot of coins you can trade there with good volume.

Coinbase and if you are looking for more Coins/Tokens use Binance or Bittrex.

Hint: If you are a beginner and have never traded before I advise you to not to do so at least until the BullMarket.

You might give some more information, because there are also exchanges that uses only Ethereum coins. The best exchange to trade Ethereum is Idex. I had so far no problems at all using this exchange plus it has low fees.
