Talking about ICO projects
(since they are the one who I always saw hiring people), based on my own view, some of the projects who hired people about being a social media admin must also handled being a community manager or handling mulitple tasks at the same time. And at most of the cases, social media admins is part of the project team itself so I rarely see some offers for social media admin alone.
But outside crypto maybe there is but since you posted that in a crypto forum, I don't know if someone here will hire you outside crypto business.
And your info is lacking. You must do some ways to let them come to you. Simple statement isn't enough.
