Okay, let me get this straight; I left on a two weeks vacation to Thailand bringing no computer or smartphone or anything that's able to connect to internet with me. That virtually meant I had no idea of what was going on in the world (both the bitcoin and the real one). Anyway a few days ago I was lying on my bed at a hotel in Bangkok zapping through TV-channels either showing German or French reports from Ukraine (I didn't really know what they said since I don't speak german and my french, yeah,
c'est ne pas tres bien), or a really weird thai comedy show (I think it was comedy anyway). Suddenly I got to CNN, boring, so I changed to the next channel when I realized what the CNN headline said: Mt.Gox has died (or something like that, might have been something about bankruptcy too). I suddenly felt the adrenaline rush through my veins and I realized I had to visit bitcointalk when I realized I had no gadgets that could connect to the internet.
So, really? I've been waiting for Gox to die since august, and they had to do so when I was away?! I missed all the drama and speculations on what was going on!!
Therefore, I would like to kindly request from everyone reading this that if you ever decide to run a really big bitcoin exchange and also decides to declare it bankrupt; Please make sure I am home then.
Thanks in advance.
