Very good point quone17 and thank you for pointing that out.  Everyday we have people trying to take advantage of us in one way or another.  We certainly do not have any outstanding withdrawals and whoever wrote this, didn't leave a username or message us.  Of course, we take all these matters very seriously even though 99% are trying to extort or something like it.

Everyone always tries to take advantage of our bonuses and perhaps we should do like most other casinos and not provide bonuses to players then we would not run into these issues.  It's never our service, deposits, withdrawals, games or software that anyone ever has an issue with, it's always our bonuses which are not a right to a player and must be protected against abuse.  

We have messaged the originator of this post and asked directly in this post what the person's username is and we have not received a response.  Again all withdrawals for all players have been paid promptly.  As we continue to grow, we expect these false allegations from competitors or others but we will continue to provide the very best online gaming experience in the casino, sportsbook, and poker room.
