What site did you try to register? Please write that site name, is that exchanger or something? Since i never know some bitcoin 'thing' that use phone number except exchanger.

Bitcoin is the cryptocurrency so don't get wrong with that and there's no need for registration on it. Signing up is for different types of wallets and exchanges.

Bitcoin is a decentralized[1] cryptocurrency. There is no bitcoin company, bitcoin customer support hotline, bitcoin CEO, etc.

tldr; No one owns the bitcoin name

It seems like you're planning on using a service whereas you can buy/sell bitcoin. It would be helpful if you specify what site/app you're using as there's so many of them for us to know specifically which service you need help with. Please edit your post and provide more information.
