you need to explain what is it you are trying to do? what do you have that you are trying to convert to WIF and why? by "what" i mean the format of the private key that you currently have.

The question that you have stated here is very unclear. There is no such thing as a wif key. Maybe it was a typo but even with that being a mistake, the term is still unclear and needs to be sorted immediately to get the solution.

This might be what you are looking for: http://gobittest.appspot.com/PrivateKey

that website is only good if you want to learn how base58 encoding works and only if you want to play around with some keys that you are not using. but there is no source code for it, so it may contain bugs or ever worse it may be recording every private key that you enter in it online so it is not at all secure.

for a better tool you should always suggest bitaddress.org it is open source, you can see the source and download on github and also it is tested so the chances of bugs are nearly zero. it accepts all formats: hex, base58, base64 and BIP38 encrypted

Go to Gobittest. They have what you are looking for. Just put your private key there and they will convert it to a WIF key that you are looking for. But, be careful before using it because I am not certain about the authenticity of that site.
