From your information, so far, I understand that you are nethier able to send your tokens to an exchange nor able to receive tokens from an exchange. If understanding is correct, I would say, there might have some techinical problems which shall be immediately discussed to them via twitter or other means of contacts.

You need to know, EOS now has its own blocking page, no longer Ethereum tokens and many ICO investors in it, and the ERC20 version token holder has been converted to the current custom EOS blockchain token. And when you have a problem with the EOSIO Wallet you should contact them on twitter about your problem. You will likely get help there.

This discussion is very nice to be here I am sure. Withdrawing has not be avoided with attention and its significance is very high in the whole list of characteristics in the crypto world. I believe that we'll have something like insurance quite later as others want and speak a lot.

Meanwhile found out i have to use an EOS wallet like Simpleos, any of you have any experience with this wallet?

Seems like you can access your tokens there including, staking/unstaking and voting.
