One of the reasons Bitcoin came into existence was to wrest the control of money away from a central authority. Why would you willingly give it back?! This is counter-intuitive. |

From my perspective this is not a good idea and this will create some problem in this market because this is not the actual purpose of this market and there will be difference between poor and rich which is not suitable for this market too.

Actually that will be not be a good thing. Bitcoin is here to weed out the dominance of the currency economic system of paper currency and to spread the concept of digital currency. So this type of MasterCard concept will be the repetition of the same situation.

There have actually been a few attempts to do something similar, I wouldn't call it a bitcoin mastercard or bitcoin VISA etc. But there are numerous bitcoin credit cards available which allow you to pay for things in store and online just like a debit or credit card, by using some automated exchange feature. However, these tend to be banned or shut down quite soon after launching so they are still quite risky to try out.
But you can find of these online by searching for bitcoin debit cards.

The purpose of BTC was to make the lives of the people easier. If a BTC master card gets emerged, then the rich will again get the power which is the complete opposte of the purpose of the coin.

No this is a bad idea to have a BTC Master Card. The reason why BTC is here so that the marekt is changed from the typical fiat system. By bringing this card in the marekt, the dominance will go back to the usual way.

I don't know if this is another spammy post or not. If you do a simple google search you are going to find out that visa/master card service providers are available out there for bitcoin and crypto users. Although many of them have cards on pause atm, but you can use them. Please inform yourself more about the matter than just posting some ideas that already exist. They are usefull for places that don't accept crypto. But I'd rather spend my bitcoin as bitcoin if I can and not to use cards and get fiat money as everybody else. |

master card no doubt has been created for easier usage and convenience has it can be carried out to any desired location. it wont be out of proportion if its been created. as a matter of fact, i think its already in existence and people are really loving it. its great. bitcoin is nice.

Some altcoins are already have the mastercard for their coins but when it comes to bitcoin maybe this is still not possible this year. Maybe in the future but hopefully that is still a decentralized card that government has no control so we can still enjoy the real purpose of bitcoin and transact anywhere without experiencing any hassle. |

I think the Bitcoin will ge there sooner or later. The idea is to make financial transactions as easy as possible and the option of a bItcoin mastercard is no exception. Maybe the name Mastercard wont be used, but I'm sure there will be someting similar to the functions that the Mastercard offer, with the Bitcoin soon enough. Lets hope this comes to pass. It will surely be a lifter to the entire cryptocurrency ecosystem as well as the rest of the world

This is overall a b not a good idea. Because BTC is there in the market to eliminate the dominance of fiat and to make the digital currency within the reach towards the people of all kinds globally. Introduction of the master card will make the situation worse.

actually it is okay to do that, but what must be remembered is that not all countries have permission to use bitcoin, if we go to a country that strictly prohibits bitcoin, the mastercard cannot be used. Imagine if only one country permits bitcoin, is it very efficient to use it, for me it's also inefficient.

That’s true but I think it will not be easy for bitcoin to create that kind of card since there’s no private company owning its technology. Maybe if someone make a project like this, for sure it will be big and many investors will also come in. Let’s see this in the future, cryptocurrency will become more valuable for sure in the future. |
