VaultMex is a great exchange, I never had a single problem with deposits, trades or withdrawals.
I recommend this exchange with 0% trading fees and great support for all the users who behave normally and correctly.
Did you noticed that VaultMex posted on their discord that PLT server was under maintenance, you prick?
I agree. I transacted more than 25 BTC in and out from this exchange and more than 1M DOGE, I traded so much with 0% fee and I literally love this  . Althought wd fees are not the lowest on earth saving on such big amounts of trading fees is amazing for medium/big traders. It's just a matter of time and all the big volume traders will move to https://vaultmex.com. Also I enjoy a lot that the exchange has no KYC nor identity verification to move funds nor limits on deposits and so on. Privacy offered by the VaultMex platform is an amzing feature too! Vaultmex is a good exchange and can't be distrusted for two FUDders in the posts above. apparently you are lucky, many people unlike you are not lucky, and their support responds within 10 days (if their answer) |

You neither explain what and when or how happened. You looks like a simple troll to me maybe paid by other exchange owners to FUD against vaultmex. VMX has 8 mods in their discord which are ready to help anyone who behave correctly and follow the discord community rules. If you got banned by VMX discord there should be a reason...think about it. |

This is the beginning of the journey. The exchange is young. Let's give time. I had a problem. Waited for a long time. But they helped me. I am grateful and I will be happy to trade further. Everyone is mistaken. Everyone has problems. It is important how people correct mistakes. The guys are trying. I think that everything will be fine, the work of the exchange will improve. |

Your exchange looks interesting. It does have few UI bugs, but nothing major. One complaint I do have is that the exchange doesn't seem friendly to users who don't trade a large amounts, as the withdrawal fees are really high. When you try to withdraw 50k satoshis worth of coins, it's hard to withdraw without being affected by fees. On other exchanges, I try to avoid those big fees by withdrawing using DOGE, but even that coin has 50 DOGE withdrawal fee. I don't remember any exchange with that high DOGE fee.  |

The exchange does not work Today we experienced a massive DDOS attack incoming from worldwide sources, gathering a 111 Gbps total bandwith directed towards our web application. Our infrastructure had no downtime on server side but it was made unreachable for more than 6 hours because of this massive attack. However our support tech team worked hard since the first hour of the attack to bring the exchange reachable by our users again: this took some further time and further support members work to mitigate completely but now https://vaultmex.com is back up & running smooth. We would like to express our gratitude to all VMX users & traders for their utmost patience and for the "long" waiting until we resolved the issue. https://vaultmex.com is back up online. |
