I know most traders are totally against trading Paypal for BTC. But what about paypal to MTGUSD? I am looking to get $40-50 MTGUSD with paypal soon if possible.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Heh,

The reason you won't find many who will trade PayPal for BTC is that Bitcoin trasnactions are non-repudiable ... the transaction cannot be either cancelled or reversed.

The MtGox USD code is a bearer instrument, and also cannot be reversed  (it can be redeemed by the sender, so that is one way it can effectively be "canceled" before it is redeemed by the recipient).  So the same problem exists with trading PayPal for MtGoxUSD as exists for trading PayPal for BTC.

You might find a willing participant in the #Bitcoin-otc marketplace.  Here's the current order book:
  - http://bitcoin-otc.com
  - http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=#bitcoin-otc-foyer (marketplace IRC Chat)

Additionally, you might find a party willing to trade in-person through one of the local exchanges, such as BTC Near Me, Bitcoin.local or Ubitex even:

I can't figure why one would want to use paypal when deposits to Mt. Gox are now so easy.

Just open a verified account with Mt. Gox and make cash deposits at any Chase bank.  Then you can get the best price.

Transferring purchased Bitcoins to your wallet from Mt. Cox are easy.

If you like this post a donation would be nice....  1PhCzA9o1jcwHr7PR4mxea8nJYUJWpKAGb

Besides, It'll drive me crazy trying to figure where it came from.

I live in Europe, and funding my mtGox account is not so easy. SEPA transactions are expensive (almost in my country) and deposit is not enable for all countries. I know paypal is not the solution, I think there needs to be a localized market in each country, meaning more methods for buying / selling / trading / exchanging bitcoins.

It might come as a shock, but the world is a little larger than USA. For us not fortunate enough to live in USA or in a established SEPA zone (that is, where SEPA transfers don't cost exactly as a wire), credit cards / paypal are the only cheap and fast ways of paying. Even getting LRUSD is a pain.

Also, I use Virwox...

Unfortunately, when I bought at 3 USD, the effective price was actually 4.5 USD... so as you can see it can be absurdly expensive.

It needs to become easier to buy BTC.
I'm able to send funds to MtGox quite easily, and cheap as long as I transfer a decent sum.  To help people who don't need much or don't want to transfer money internationally, I offer BTC for sale cheap and simple for my local currency using a payment method which is simple, free, safe and quite fast (usually overnight) in my country.  If other Bitcoin users would do the same, bitcoins would be easily available in any amount all over the world.

Sjå https://bitmynt.no for veksling av bitcoin mot norske kroner.  Trygt, billig, raskt og enkelt sidan 2010.
I buy with EUR and other currencies at a fair market price when you want to sell.  See http://bitmynt.no/eurprice.pl
Warning: "Bitcoin" XT, Classic, Unlimited and the likes are scams. Don't use them, and don't listen to their shills.
