Its hard to predict where the highest price when uptrend  so use stop loss and trailling stop will help to protect fund when the price change to downtrend. I don't think everyone should set a profit target of 20% for all the coins. Because each price increase of each coin will be different, sometimes it will not rise up to 20% and we will lose.
