Hay alguna web donde muestren un resumen de todos los exchanges con los bitcoins que hay a la venda respeto al total de btc en circulación?

conozco esta. http://bitcoincharts.com/markets/bitfinexUSD.html pero no muestra un resumen de todas

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

No creo que se pueda saber con exactitud, las exchanges no publican toda la profundidad del marcado, sólo publican las órdenes en un rango al rededor del precio actual... osea... podrían haber BTC1'000.000 en una orden de venta en $2000 y no nos vamos a enterar hasta llegar a esos niveles...
