Aren't every ICO a scam?
If you look at the bigger picture and judge by their strategies, they're a pure scam. I mean who the fuck invests into something that is never going to get accepted in the real world. A white-paper is technically the heart of the project.
They raise money by promising unrealistic things and then you never hear of the site again. They just somehow get their shit-token listed on an exchange, and you never hear of them again.
Even if the tokens hit the market, the product is never released most of the times. There are a few exceptions though.
Someone should probably do a review on these, there's a slight chance that there might be false positives.
