all of these numbers are pure guesses and that makes them unrealistic. not because the number itself is big but because the person making that guess didn't make it based on much else but his guess.

for instance $1 million is nothing for bitcoin, we will reach it eventually but McAfee saying it was because he wanted to gain attention not because he made some analysis can made an educated guess!

I think the prediction of bitcoin prices in the next 5 years will also increase, because seeing the price is getting better now, so for  we still have a better chance we can get more bitcoin now, because now the price is still not expensive, so we will get more profits in the future.

isn't that just speculation? still all of them return to the current market situation, no predictions are truly accurate in my opinion. the probability is true only 20%. that's my opinion.

That's an interesting post. All the predictions given by the persons are some big personalities cryptocurrency market. But nothing is predictable in cryptocurrency market. Let's see if any one of their prediction comes true.

Pantera Capital and Tom Lee predictions sort of sounds realistic to me and it's more vividly that it could happen. Though, I'm not hundred percent putting my bets in to but it's still possible. Who knows,  we could have had that price this late September judging from the way many investors hyped and linked bitcoin with that ETF acceptance.

Tom Lee, the well known Wall Street bull, changed his narrative a few days ago and said that the btc price could reach $20,000 at the end of the year [1]. Sounds to me like he no longer believe in the 25k target for this year.

I think i'm going with those prediction around the 20k-25k in 2018, I find them to be way more realistic predictions than the others. I don't buy those +100k in 2020 or 2022 preditions, I think those are random numbers came from people desperate for attention.

To be honest, these are just predictions and not words carved in stone that this will be the end result in the mentioned time period. And the amounts are based on pure guess. And frankly, one million is not a big deal for BTC to reach and looks under valued. It will be better to not to reply on this prediction too much.

I will try to choose number 4 because the price is quite reasonable and everyone will be able to agree with me about this price although I want bitcoin price to grow up 100,000$ by December 2018.

Top 5 in terms of what? The lower the possibility of that price prediction happening? If that so you are correct by the order you have created it to be sa 1,000,000$ in 2 years is really not happening? If you notice it by now when the price reached its ATH at 19,000$ a lot of the people here are itching to offload their shares already what made you think that 1 million dollars in in 2 years will be an easy road for BTC? The simple answer is it won't be many people already have targeted their sell prices even before your 1,000,000$ will come true.

In my opinion, bitcoin prices are always changing every day and it is difficult to analyze and predict. Actually the 5 bitcoin price forecasts are not accurate, but in my opinion, by the end of 2018, 1btc = $ 30000. Certainly bitcoin prices will bounce back to what we do is to wait and take advantage of the opportunity when it arrives.

These prediction are just a common opinion we don't consider these things because last year also many peoples predict some future possibilities but total market is oppositely react so we should think positive but don't think huge value because again we only affected in end of the year. I think it will cross 10k USD in 2018 and next year it should reach 20k USD.

I think John McAfee will be more accurate, because in the last few years since the birth of bitcoin or the popularity of bitcoin from low prices up to now is very high, it will not be surprised if 2020 will rise to that.

They aren't predictions, they're simply guesses. My guess is that Tim Draper's is most likely to be true, just because I'm discounting 3-5 because I don't think that the market will recover so soon and $1m bitcoin in 2 years is just ridiculous, much like the person who predicted it.

Tim Draper still sound a lot realistic to me which is where I would rather tend towards. $250k by 2022 is something that is quite possible to achieve with all things being equal.

Pantera capital would have been a bit close to what would seem can fall in place, but I doubt with the present state of the market if we may get to see this, but time will definitely tell on that one since we have very few months to complete 2018 anyway.

Kay Van-Petersen is the most unrealistic of all which is somehow on the same ground with John. John McAfee is not a surprise since he has been insensible with his bullish sentiments over time, even on shitcoins, that you tend to ask yourself sometimes if he is probably high on something or taking some hard drug.
