bin eben auf dieses Video gestoßen und wollte eure Meinung dazu hören. Es stimmt schon das kein Cashflow generiert wird, aber was ist mit Werterhaltung?

Es klingt alles sehr plausibel. Verkaufe dein Haus und mach das, was er sagt Roll Eyes
