THIS SCAMMER NEEDS TO BE STOPPED, I NEED HELP FROM SOMEONE

I've been introduced to the whole crypto thing in late december, during the all time high, and of course I bought some BTC, and I lost. I've been desperate and I wanted to make some money. So there was a public group on facebook, where people were sharing their thoughts on their analysis/coins etc... and there was a guy who said that he has a private group, at that time he seemed like a legit guy because he was one of the fewest ones posting the posts, debating in the comments and etc(in that public group with more than 5000 members), but it costed money to join. Naive and desperate as I was, I paid for one month of membership.

At the beginning everything seemed okay and fine. About 15 days later he said he needs to get a surgery and that he will be offline for a few weeks. Then he came back, and posted few more posts and that was it.

I completely forgot about that group and money I've lost, until tonight. I checked the members of his private group and contacted one member, he experienced the same thing. The guy I contacted said he even found the same analysis' on the tradingview, so did I today. The scammer even sent us a photos of his account balance, and you can find exact same photo on the internet. I have all the proofs so in case you need them I can show them. Basically, what he did, he would find analysis and just translate it to our native language. Didn't even bother to change it a bit hah.

Last week I saw that he is posting something about fortnite accounts with skins which are for sale (not familiar with the game so I don't know how it works) and it's probably a scam as well, he is doing it with the group of friends.

I tried to contact him several times, he is just ignoring me. From his informations, I have only his IBAN and his FB account.

Can someone help me what to do in this situation? I don't need my money back, I just want to fuck this guy up.

P.S. I know I've been naive and stupid so don't comment anything on that.

I doubt anyone is going to spend time and resources just so you can "fuck up" what i presume is a twelve year old. (Fortnite skins..? seriously?)

Remind me what this has to do with Bitcointalk? Does he have an account here? If so, i guess you can move this thread to scam accusations & maybe get it tagged, although it isn't really clear to me what he has done exactly -- Selling you a membership to a shitty TA group?.

If not, i don't know how much you paid for that TA signal membership crap, but i would see it as a lesson learned, and move on.

All we know is this guy, nothing else? Anyway, like AdolfinWolf said - you need to move the topic to the Scam Accusations board. This is not a meta board topic.

Please add some information about the guy so that people can spot him.

You should report your case to the police and show all proof that you have for the police to find the scammer.

He didn't scam me for a lot of money. It was less than 100USD, but still scam is a scam. But I'm afraid he will do it more, and God knows how much he has already done. If I report to the police this small amount they will do nothing about it.

Now you explained well. In my country the police investigate any case of theft regardless of the value that was stolen, but I think this happens because my country is a very poor country. anyway, Forget that case

Sorry to hear about the scam, but dont confuse fact with speculation  
Police will only want to hear facts..
Start to throw in speculation and things get confusing and as someone has already hinted at... you are after retribution
Also, if you have already resigned yourself to the Police doing nothing, then you are also defeating yourself
