My account was compromised in February. I was notified by an email that my account's email address was changed, so I used the link sent in the email to lock my account. I first followed the instructions here, to the letter:

I am aware that they must be busy, but I'm curious if this indicates that my account will not be recovered, or if it's possible that the PM was merely dismissed, since this account is that of a new user.
I also sent an email with the same contents as the PMs to
acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com (this is the address which I am instructed to email after attempting to login with my compromised account) and have not received a response either. (I followed both procedures since it is not clear which is more recent.)
I have been regularly checking my spam folder for the original email associated with my account, as well as the one associated with this current alternate account.
