What is "peaceful conditions" for a lender? It's the first time that i even here this, so maybe to explain it?

With peaceful conditions i mean that i will pay back in time. My business is going good for the last year and im looking to have more liquidity and establish more longterm investor relations. Im already having a few investors on board, looking to expand it.
