I need to calculate profitability so i wonder how much percentage it effects fast finding blocks

lets say 1 scrypt coin exists at
difficulty = 0 and my miner at 1 Mhs how much time necessary to find block
difficulty = 1 and my miner at 1 Mhs how much time necessary to find block
difficulty = 10 and my miner at 1 Mhs how much time necessary to find block
difficulty = 100 and my miner at 1 Mhs how much time necessary to find block

is there anything else effects and how i will give big thank you for answers!

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

This page will introduce you to the basics of what you're asking:

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Generation_Calculator

Difficulty basically sets the probability that any given hash will solve the block.

It's different algo, my multi pool will be not supporting sha 256 but also litecoin and other alt coins which uses scrypt algo.

That has nothing to do with hash success probability as a function of target.
