But we made it biased in a way that our platform can let everyone {including those who retired in a physical job regardless their age since their skills never retires} to continue working at their free time or fixed time to trade skills and connect around the world and that's another reason why its termed decentralized as well. We also tend to connect companies with loyal employees who has proven to be the best in their fields via our Platform.
