I would like to know about proof of stake.
If you have 51 % coins ONLINE at current time. Is that enough for 51% attack?
Or do you really need to own 51 % of coins to make that attack?

There are many who are holding these POS coins.
Many that speak how safe the network is.
Someone should know this.
