There is a fork that will happen soon, I think there will be an uptrend but I'm not sure if it can go $500. The price seesaw since last week. It doesn't really look like its a positive trend. WE already like it being in the $250-$300 range, We'll see if there is a slow growth every day as we see more people are trusting this coin due to the tokens using the ethereum network.

and also we should not forget about CBOE , at end of year they will open futures trade for ethereum like bitcoin did.and if happen, alof fresh money come to market and buying on ethereum.

ETH has increased from $270 to $290. It's not too much but it's really a positive trends 
In 2017, ETH also increased later than BTC. So I believe ETH will increase strongly soon. Let's see what we will have in the next few weeks.

How did you say it is stable know, I think still market is red in altcoin so Ethereum also negative but not a big dump. All the coins are raise again but it takes some time so we will wait for future announcement in crypto market.
