what is best NEO wallet?

I just wonder to know what  is best NEO wallet.i see lot of neo wallets likes neo tracker,aphelion wallet,web wallets and other exchange wallets.what wallet do you think safest?and what is the wallet with lowest fees?at the moment i store my neo in a exchange wallets.

Best wallet for any coins is wallet in which you have full control of private keys, and this is any desktop or hardware wallet. There is 7 desktop wallets for NEO, and I think you should focus on light wallets (no need to download all blocks), or if you have bigger amount of coins it would not be a bad idea to invest in hardware wallet.

Hardware wallets are always the best and secured. But I would also suggest to use NEON wallet, I personally use it and it helps you to collect your $GAS every 5 minutes which is great. It is highly secured as well, and I haven't heard of any security breaches so far.

If you like to hold NEO or other cryptocurrencies for the long term and make sure they are secure,I would recommend you a hardware wallet like ledger nano and trezor.This is highly secured The Ledger Nano S is best priced and will support more altcoins, but the Trezor is easier to use and is created by die-hard Bitcoiners.

If you save the coins/private keys for the long term, you have to use the offline wallets.
