Wire Transfer to Bitstamp delay?

Hrey anyone experience delays in money wired to bitstamp? I have verified account and did the deposit request, wired 10000 usd along with the message code to have the money credited to my account, from the 21st of feb 2014 and still the money not credited to the account. i have created several support tickets and it takes days before a Mr Luka Vessozi replies first he says wire takes 2-5 days to process. now the time has passed and i created new ticket he is asking for statement fro m the bank to prove i sent wire transfer. i sent the online banking history and wire transfer details which reflects the wire sent successfully. i have triple check the transfer details and they are correct. so please let me know if anyone else experiencing this delay. FYI its my first wire to Bitstamp.

My most recent deposit to Bitstamp (sent last week, arrived yesterday) took 2 days longer than usual (3 business days rather than next day), but this was a SEPA-transfer. Not sure if SEPA delays and regular wire-transfer delays are caused by the same factors.

My recent wire transfer (non-SEPA) was initiated from local bank on 28 Feb and received and deposited to bitstamp on 3 Mar.So it took 4 business days. I remember it used to complete within 2 days.

well mine was from the 21st of feb and i included the message as requested to have the funds auto credited to account. I reallly dont know at this point.. my hair gettting grey.

update to the this whole matter i sent the proof of transfer as requested by bitstamps support tech and now they respond with the first initial message:
 "LUKA VEZZOSI10 HOURS, 37 MINUTES
Dear *****,

Thank you for providing the documents. International bank transfer deposits usually take 2 - 5 business days to credit.

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us again.

i think i have been robbed by bitstamp!!!
its the second time they sending me the same message fro m the same person

after sending a really rude support ticket the money posted to my account it took 13 days to complete and my bank confirms wire complete same day of 21st of feb 2014. smh.

Wow today my deposit was recognized in just 2 hours from the request to the local bank.  Considering it is international transfer, they do really good job. Ironically it is competitive to speed of the bit coin transfer though.

My withdraw from bitstamp already took 5 days. Still not reach my bank.
A little worried.
