Such an information cannot be revealed in this thread publicly. Fellows who are able to unlock, they know typical reasons of why an account gets locked.

The accounts in Bet365 gets locked for different reasons. I have seen people getting their account locked like for security reasons and logging with different country IP address. In some cases which are becoming common nowadays is if someone wins consistently large sums which should not be a case to lock your address.

That is no good if there are many in your country that has a bad reputation with the said site, Or your IP had been totally abused by someone, But it cannot be helped if that is the case, You will surely need to provide them with your out most patient and providing them with the information they will need regarding your account, But unless the given site is a scam site, Then that can be a really big problem you will sure say goodbye to all of your winnings and earnings.

If the matter is not bonus related it must be due to identity issues or a betting syndicate. bet365 is an operator with an outstanding reputation who would not lock accounts without valid reason. If the well known mediators are even refusing to look in the matter, the case must be an obvious scam. If you are looking for a hacker to access to these accounts for you, good luck. If you feel you did not violate their terms, there are various options to pursue this.

He has obviously bet on a fixed match with few different accounts, maxbet on each. I don't see what is so hard to understand. Bet365 has flagged the accounts as related and now they won't release the funds.
