Isn't it convinient that BTC-E is having BTC deposit problems just when there is a LTC rally?
If I had to guess, then the plan probably goes that most of the BTC deposits are delayed until the "right people" get to buy in. And when BTC deposits will actually start to arrive and convert to LTC, then "the right people" can start a nice profitable dump. I left BTC-E because the place reeked of insider trading, now after some time, with trying to return, it seems that I should better throw away the account to make sure that I won't make the mistake again.
Any recommendations on what is the most trustworthy exchange that also includes LTC and PPC ?
