Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

The ICO stand for initial coin offering and IPO for initial public offering. I think you are trying to desclose the real fact about those issues. IPO is going for public and a process how company goes from private to public.

Blockchain is a great way of securing the exchange method. A third party company controlling the blockchain for the user will be very helpfull.

The ICO capital market gives a few intriguing advantages to the guarantors—all of which means the backers in the ICO advertise having the capacity to raise capital more moderate than in the conventional IPO markets.

IPO and ICO are almost the same, namely promotions before actually launching in the market. I've seen that on Skyway.

Initial public offering offfers general population to participate in the ownership of the firm to expand their captital base. Initial coin offering is more limited and is used to avoid excess expenditures in IPOs. It is as of increasing fundraise by startup companies.

An IPO project aims to go public to increase the ownership of the firm in order to raise the capital base. They need to file a prospectus to SEC for getting sanctioned. Through ICO, crowdfunding are raised I creating and selling tokens or coins.

IPO stands for the going public and ICO stands for the crowd funding. But there are some differences between these two. It is mandatory for IPO to be listed on the exchange list whereas; it is not mandatory for ICO to be listed. In IPO shareholders have the full power to vote but in ICO token holders have no power. These are few differences. Hope it will help you.

Initial Public Offer (IPO) which is going public and Initial Coin Offer (ICO) that is crowd funding.  There are various differences between these two. In IPO shareholders has the right to vote and in ICO, token holders have no power to vote. Then, in larger stage of company IPO is issued and in the startup ICO is issued. IPO must be listed on the exchange list, but for IPO listing in the exchanges is not mandatory. So, there are few differences. Hope it will be helpful.
