As far as I know there is no consideration or anyway to recover an account if you've done plagiarism and how can you prove that you didn't plagiarised? Is OP also your account? This is ban evasion.

How do you know it was banned for plagiarism because it doesn't say anything on your ban? Are you just assuming it was that because that's what you in fact did?
