Previous Loan:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=433194.0

Loan Information:
This loan will be utilized to further expand upon my Scrypt mining operations once again.
I am not offering collateral because the purpose of this loan is to more efficiently utilize time and accelerate expansion.  If I had alternative currencies at the moment, I would have just exchanged for BTC/USD.
While a loan rate of 5%/month would be favorable, interest rates can be negotiated.

Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from any potential lenders.

I would consider a partial if the term was about half. GLWL

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Interest rate is negotiable of course.  There isn't much point in me putting up BTC1.2 as collateral whilst obtaining a loan of the same amount.

This could work.  Let me know if this sounds reasonable with what you are proposing:

Loan Terms:
Amount:  BTC.5
Date of Loan: March 5th
Repayment: BTC.53 by March 20th

Who said anything about bitcoin as collateral?  Usually, people use altcoins, and there most certainly is a point in doing so:

1.  Your lender has assurance that they're getting their money either way.
2.  You, upon paying the loan, have whatever you needed your loan for as well as your previous supply of altcoins
3.  You don't have to be concerned with buying your altcoins back at a loss if their value drops during the duration of the loan.

I do not currently hold any substantial amount of any altcoin.  I currently have some holdings of BTC, which will be sold off alongside the loan amount to help cover costs of expansion.
Now while I understand the value in collateral for the lender, its only value is if I am not capable of repaying my loan.  The loan will be repaid despite lack of collateral, same as the past two loans I linked.
Mind you that loan was made while BTC was of higher value, so again, there is little point in me running off with the funds supplied by the lender.

Thank you for your interest in this loan request though.

Would you be willing to match KWH's terms?  That would be BTC.53 with a repayment of BTC.56 on the 20th of March.   Smiley

Sent 0.25BTC repayment 0.28BTC by 20th March, 2014 to     1BNdPfB5wWMFYhvFB7zgn4DJo2GxXDjLDR

https://blockchain.info/tx/6fb2cc08567fa25f3129270f2639e0adec143336993e0578ab158275678cf87c

Agreement by PM:
I could send you 0.25 repayment of 0.28?

If this is good let me know.

What is the guarantee you will payback?

Same thing that guarantees I'll repay KWH, and the same thing that caused me to repay ClutchThese and Honeypot; honesty.
I don't screw people over, as my lending history here shows.

Anyways, interest is rather high for what is effectively a two week loan.  12% in contrast to the current 6% interest on my loan with KWH.
Regardless considering I am not putting up collateral and I take it you would prefer that insurance, I would accept those terms.
My BTC address is: 16LQDrFrbsKTNpB3N6Q9xG23ZRY3dCMezk

PLEASE CONFIRM GBattaglia!

I do not see the need for caps and exclamations.  I'm currently away from home, but I did remote login to my computer to confirm the transaction.  It is currently sitting at 0 confirmations, but that shouldn't be an issue.  Thank you for promptly filling the loan.

Just a note to my lenders to add greater confidence.  I currently have 9.3MH/s of Scrypt rented out as a single unit ["farm"] on Betarigs.  This setup is rented at a competitive rate of .009BTC/MH/Day.   This brings in after fees a minimum of .08BTC daily, with my total loans here counting interest totaling .84BTC, the amount required for repayment is secure and dependable.  If everything goes as planned, this Saturday the total hashrate will equal 11.7MH/s-12.0MH/s.

For any lenders who had uncertainty regarding my ability repaying these loans, I thought those figures might help reassure the Bitcointalk community.

UPDATE:
I am noticing your payment is still not confirming, Howzar.  I'll keep you posted, but it is sitting on my wallet at 0 confirmations.

That was my mistake, I tight putting the minimum of 0.0001 would make it confirm within the hour. However because of the different inputs, the size is larger. I'll try to see of I can 'add' fees? I'm using block chain. Info

I'm pretty sure you can't add a fee once the transaction has been broadcast. The tx will either go through albeit rather slowly, or it won't be confirmed at all and the funds will remain in your control.

If the funds do confirm, the repayment date will be pushed ahead to by the amount of days the payment was delayed, does that sound reasonable?

Sure, up to a maximum of 5 days. So max repayment will be March 25, if it doesn't confirm before 5 days or even 3 I think it returns to my wallet and I'll resend It promptly. I'll let you know
