Just-dice and Primedice are in my eyes, head and shoulders above any other dice sites, so i'm surprised to see them ranked slightly different. A good list and base to work from though. Following this.

Does the absence of any customer service check marks for Just-Dice mean our customer service is bad, or just that the site works so well that you haven't had the joy of interacting with customer service yet?

Because we keep being told that our customer service is the best in the business.

So in order to get more check marks we need to make the site work less well so you have a reason to contact support?

People sometimes make the mistake of thinking that the on-site chat is for support.  It isn't.  From the FAQ tab on the site:

just gathered that, something strange happened on coinroll.it i do not recommend it anymore

What "something strange"?  As I understand it they're provably fair, so it should be possible to prove any wrong-doing on their part.

okay, after communicating with Mike about the issue of missing deposit, i would like to explain why this happened and apologize to Mike for the way i acted.
on 30.05 at that time when Mike deposited 0.001, i was in the middle of restoring my server after i tried to be more skilled than i am and compiling coin daemons, i messed up some system libs and the server didn't work properly, that is why Mike's deposit wasn't recorded and added to his balance. that is why i could not confirm his deposit and acted the way i did, i was looking in the wrong place, i admit to it and i'm sorry. Just wanted to clarify.
Mike has been refunded x3, and tested the site to confirm it is now working correctly. i am sure he can confirm?
