In this exchange you can have om the order book very convenient prices, usually on the bch btc pair....

they stay there also for 10 minutes,

as soon as you try to buy, that order disappeares. This goes farther than the bot trading of other exchanges. This is a joke, is ridiculous.

I do check it out its a Chinese exchange and been wondering why you do bother yourself on trying out this one.If you can see those orders that do actively disappears and re-appear then theres no doubt about bot trading.
This is what i dont like because it can really mess up your trading due to these movements. Why not consider on using up other exchange rather on this one?

Basing on volumes i can say completely this is a legit one yet this is my first time on hearing out this exchange but in the looks of it i do consider it to be operational. If you do arbitrage then that would be good. Have you already known their rules or Tos? because most Chinese exchangers do have some restriction into some countries which would leave you out on the option to make withdrawals.Just like what happen to me on Coinbene.

It's very likely that the exchange (or perhaps the market maker that has been granted direct access) is front running your orders.

I remember back in the early Cryptsy and Mintpal days that the exact same thing happened to me. Cryptsy even didn't let my deposit come through for nearly 24 hours, which funny enough, posted at the exact moment the arbitrage opportunity was no longer exploitable. That's what shitcoin exchanges do and it shouldn't surprise anyone in current time and day.

In the end, it's your word against their word, and in no shape or form can you prove they are front running your orders (even though that's exactly what's happening). Just stop using that exchange. It makes no sense to be on there when they are trying to shit on you.

On exchanges like allcoin, rightbtc, fatbtc and I think also coinbene, you can literally set a buy order that will impose a limit to the market, limit that was many times surpassed just before yor order, and then never touched again.

for example if market price is 0.08, on this exchange price reaches even 0.03, you say wowowo i can do massive arbitrage here, you try to take that order of buy at 0.05, and it just disappeares right after your order, this happens only on allcoin, on the other exchanges I named the orders are simply too fast to catch.

If you set a buy order at 0.05 you'll never see that price again, right before the price stayed often lower. It's almoust funny see how the chart looks like having crashed into a wall.

if this is not scam, tell me what is scam.

It's a Chinese exchange, which is the first warning sign because China has essentially banished all of its domestic exchanges internationally.

This means that you don't know where this exchange is located and who they are regulated by, which poses huge risks in terms of you not being able to hold them responsible for their actions, at least legally as a last resort.

Anyways, it does seem weird that orders are disappearing before you actually can execute it. I don't think that it can be explained by anything other than the fact that there is some sort of inside system measure. Trying to do arbitrage on this site is completely pointless, you are putting your funds at huge risks just by storing it with them. I'd withdraw them asap.

This is a joke, is ridiculous.

On their site you can see that it has Chinese letters and as some said they are from china, but:

Registrant Organization: Allcoin Technology Limited
Registrant State/Province: British Columbia
Registrant Country: CA

http://whois.domaintools.com/allcoin.com

Is canada, this shows that they are very suspicious

I've never heard anything like this happen before.

So after you place an order to try matching the orderbook entries, all of a sudden that particular orderbook entry that you're trying to fill disappears? If that occurs on a regular basis then obviously there is something fishy going on with their system.

Allcoin doesn't seem to be the most legit exchange out there since I feel like I've seen this template/layout on countless other exchanges, and there is no data on where they are incorporated. I'd suggest stop using it, cancel all open orders, and withdraw your balance asap.

Having the Chinese language available on their website doens’t make them Chinese. According to coinpedia[1], they are indeed a Canadian company:

“The company has its headquarters in Canada and is listed on Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) with the stock code as CK. This cryptocurrency exchange is registered and supervised by FINTRAC (Financial Transaction and Report Analysis Center of Canada) for legal and all formal operations regarding exchanges.”
