Your website looks a bit weird, because one needs to scroll down to take a look at the main ideas, roadmap and team. Your whitepaper looks very short in comparison with standard-length ones. The countries are named in Russian in the eng whitepaper and there lack some references on the info you used. I take it that your project is still in early stages (like the one I represent), but the idea sounds very attractive and original. Just work a bit more on the lack of content and stuff, I am sure you can succeed after that! Launching ICOs is not an easy task nowadays, but good luck!

We intentionally have not created a huge White Paper, we just would like it to be convenient to read. We also tried to present the main idea more simply.

If solar power plant generates more electric power than we need, we will sell it to general power supply lines, and vice versa – when we don’t have enough electric power, we will buy it from the general networks. Thus, electric power expenses are minimized.
