100 blocks mined in a bit over an hour! Thanks everybody, this is going great! the difficulty adjustment is working pretty good, considering the massive ramp-up in hashpower.

Some pools you may want to consider to spread the network hashrate:
http://p2pool.crunchpool.com:25490
http://spa.boulderbtc.com:25490
http://spa.newwavemining.com/
http://spa.speedhash.eu/

list of pools, located on map and everything:
http://crypto.ma/spaincoin

pool operators, please set up p2pools to spread the hashes if you're into p2pool:
http://github.com/SpainCoinProject/p2pool

so if there is 50 million coins total, and 50% premine, then every person from spain should in theory only get about 1 coin each if it's about 40 to 50 million people in spain.

I hope this is how the developers are doing this? If so, if people don't collect think they should be trashed coins.

Why so much attention to SpainCoin and significant less to AphroditeCoin?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=511160

It's much more easy perform and airdrop for 1000000 people than for 47000000

Chech out first post for details:

Quote
Total: 25M coins for max 8M people. We assume not every Spaniard will claim their coins. Each stage will last 2 moths, any coins remaining will be either rolled over to the following stage or destroyed. We will watch the coin supply and try not to flood the market giving away coins (we'll probably place daily quotas in the first few days of giving out coins, so that at least no more coins are being given away than being mined).
