URGENT: The Cryptocurrency Exchange VaultMeX is looking like a Exit Scam, Earley today this Exchange listed XcelR for a 20,000 XCL Listing fee. Not 10 mins after we payed them The problems started to happen. First there "Email Servers" Were down and they were not able to manually verify our account for about 5 Hours. After repeatedly being threatened by the Dev @Cluster2k. that he was going to ban us if we kept posting our problems in the "support channel" on their Discord. He tells us to go use their "Support Desk". So we do, but surprisingly there help desk does not work either. They finally fix the problem by coming online and "Verifying Our Account Manually" which most likely could of been done hours ago. "But Wait Theirs More!!". 30 Mins after they come online and fix this email verification problem. There Exchange goes Right offline. 12+ Hours, No response from Devs via PM,Discord,BitcoinTalk,Twitter. Nothing in the dark. We noticed coming online this morning that they had a so called "DNS" Problem, But to me it really smells like a EXITSCAM in the works. Thank you for posting this, This exchange does not have a Team Profile, Or Linkedin, There domain is registered anonymously. We don't want anyone to loose any hard earned funds. Felt it was our duty to shead some light on this topic.

Let me clear the story a bit:

1) We have been contacted by XcleR team members asking to get listed. We get in touch with main dev and talked about listing details. Our listing request asks to choose which method of payment a team prefer to use so they have choosen to pay with their own altcoin. Since we thought the project wasn't too bad we agreed with listing XCL for a 20k coins fee.

2) We listed XCL as scheduled with a smooth and fast service, even before they paid the fee! (Can prove this with screenshots and timestamps). We enabled then trading markets and everything was running fine as usual.

3) Unfortunately we experienced some issues with our email service providers because our user base is growing extremely fast and we exceeded multiple times the email rate limiting of the company we are using the email service from. This resulted in a downtime of some hours of our email system, thus new users weren't able to confirm their new accounts but withdrawals were working since we don't use email verifications for wd. I say this because XCL dev deposited an amount and then withdrew it with no issues at all and then started calling our exchange scam just because he wasn't able to get the confirmation email to get his account activated.
He then started spamming our discord channel over and over, calling names and being rude against support team and admins. We then pointed him to open a ticket if he would have any complaint to make, but he kept spamming the discord channel and behaving like a kid.
After all this we still haven't banned his account (yet).

4) Then the night of 5 September we experienced DNS issues (cause by Namecheap's glitch issue, confirmed by their own customer care support), just after some hours from the FUD from XcelR. So he started again FUDding in our social channels and calling names against us. After he posted "Exit Scam" in the General channel of VaultMex discord we decide to finally ban him.

5) After banning him and explaining the reasons of the ban (which he still hasn't understood after the ban...) he started to blackmail us and opened an useless diffamating scam accusation thread against us. We already warned him that our legal team will go ahead to contact him and check if any further legal action would be required after the blackmail we received.

This is the whole story and stop.
We are trying to build an innovative cryptocurrency platform with security & anon logging in mind and we do not tolerate such nasty and unhealthy behaviour on our social channels.

First of all our team did not contact you first, a user that supports our coin asked you guys. You then reached out to us.

Second, the night your "DNS" Went down their was no Update anywhere.

You can understand how that looks anyone can. Not only that but when we saw that you had a original thread with similar if not the exact same problems the previous week. That you tried to cover up.. That sets off sirins.

Now we did not blatantly call you guys a Exit Scam.

We just put the theory on the table with a ?. All you had to do was reply and say " Hey im sorry our DNS was offline and we were asleep" But instead with out anywarning or heads up you just ban us from the discord. Thats a little unsettling. Makes you look guilty because your hiding. 

Further more we asked you to Refund the 20,000 XCL Listing amount and Delist our coin from your Exchange, But instead of doing that you blocked me.  You can return the coin's here ( Y26C4YvEUhBE4rGNeJDgTxkGHwAkdiEZMU ) and we can drop the issue.

We are more then happy to talk to your legal team if thats what you want please provide there Names and where there Law Office is located and we will reach out to them to clear this up!

I hope this has taught you that when you run something such as a exchange where you have peoples money in your hands to take it a little more seriously and let people know whats going on instead of leaving everyone in the dark. If this happens again this will become a serious problem for you guys.

Hopefully we can clear everything up, i have no problems with the Devs.. It's understandable that things do happen. But i don't think it's proper procdure to keep Exchange users in the dark. Especially if they have "2500+" .

Looks like our Coin has been Delisted on the Backend, But is still Live on the front end with Active Buy Orders. Don't know if this is Fake Volume or What. If the Dev from @VaultMeX could explain. Also since you delisted we noticed you did not send back the 20,000 XCL we paid for a listing fee. We would like that returned since we are Delisted. Also the Chatbox does not seem to work, we tried on 2 Accounts and just signed up on a 3rd and still not working.

There is a bug which don't show XCL connections and block count on the status maybe, thanks for pointing that out, we are going to check and fix that.

as it was the only trade opportunity i deposited an amount of OMEN to the exchange but read in their chat after a few hours that there where problems with the deposit's , next time i have to read some more info about new exchanges

Their withdrawal fees are very high. They have coins that are dead and they have FALSE purchases that they never buy, that is, they create unreal volume. All the dross of coins that are going to die or are already dead are in that exchange. The minimum to trade is high.

There is nothing good in this exchange, Vaultmex right now it is almost Scam, it must improve a lot and stop having dead coins listed and then nobody buys like for example CTP and many others
