Not sure about this one, but wouldn't use a faucet that asked for a phone number, seems dodgy.  Sad

Even if it pays you don't give away your mobile number.
Ever.

Also 0,0003 seems like a way too big amount to be from a faucet. So far everything seems sketchy about it.

Hm, worst case scenario you'll end up losing whatever those bitcoins were worth.
Best case scenario you just get phone based advertising directed towards you, and hopefully no huge phone bills.

Cool site, there's another one I use similar to yours but with a few more 'earn' sites, www.earnbtc.weebly.com.
There's a thread by the owner somewhere in this forums section.

So the worst that could happen is my number is sold to advert companies and I occasionally get advert texts? My service provider does not allow premium texts so I shouldn't get charged.

Then I suppose you're fine, just check numbers before answering calls and you'll probably be alright.
But I would still not recommending ever giving out your phone number. I wouldn't for anything less than half a bitcoin at least, lol.

I was going through the faucets and just did it blindly. I was multitasking and then I was freaking out when I realized what I had done.

Never give your phone number to any stranger. That's the golden rule.

And this site doesn't clearly state how it will use your phone number. That means it can virtually do anything you may not imagine.

So please just avoid using it, that's all.

This site is fine, no worries, been around for a long time....

I received maybe two telemarketing calls total, if that...

Generally is good advice not give away your cell # though...  Wink
