The mistake is that there are so many people who don't understand and don't understand the best Blockchain potential at the moment, maybe they are just connoisseurs of Bitcoin with all the thinking centered in one area, this is the first step of Blockchain to be better to show better potential in some time the development stage to be used properly in the initial principle frees everything, bitcoin hype is a stepping stone to shine more in the future, the negative side of cryptocurrency is always associated with Blockchain, we just wait for something great in the future, change will be felt in the digital era next.

I dont think that blockchain is overhyped at all. Most of the people think that blockchain is still in the developmental stages and it needs lot of modifications and developments to be done so that it can be polished well and then we can see the real progress of it. Overhyped would be something out of the box and then again rates too much for its work. Blockchain transformation is actually important for the current world because its already moving towards the digitalisation and we need such tech in here and it has innovated at right time. :-)
Your infographic is good but you have explained about it in wrong terms, its not overhyped, its perfect tech.

With the current standing of the market right now I think instead of blockchains it is the crytocurrencies that represent it is the one that is over hyped  as investors not invest to progress the blockchain projects and get profits after releasing it and be sure for intended usage, they are investing into these projects with the intent to have with profits without a care to the project.a

I think option B is the true one, however at the same time it is well true that blockchain and crypto are also overhyped at times - especially during bullruns - up to leverls which are insane. Thus, you then have bloody bear markets like the current one.

Blockchain technology had not been fully utilized and properly harnessed I belief it is still in the early stage hence it is not overhyped not all the blockchain digital transformation in the infographic had been put into use definitely when fully transformed and utilized it will go along way in solving most societal problems and the demands for blockchain experts will increase globally.
