As everybody already knows going off the news BFL seem to be getting sued left, right and center at the mo.

I have tried typing the odd post on their forum about starting a group outside of their forum to protect others for in case anything happens, but as per usual the mods just delete it.

Unfortunately I am not well known in the mining community and I was wondering if any self respected member of either BFL's forum or on here could start some sort of Facebook page for if something goes wrong

As some people well know we have been expecting updates for awhile, but judging by how that doesn't seem to be happening it is looking like their Chip blew out in power consumption test i.e. the famous "Oh Sh**" moment, where my BFL friends seem to be scrambling back to their blue prints and drawing boards pointing their fingers at each other and formulating the Plan B (i.e. take the money and run kind of a plan). I hope that's not the case for no updates

I have suggested that somebody who seems to be trusted by this community form a Facebook or Blog, just in case "chocolate ice cream" indeed hit the fan, this community can get together outside the Butterflylabs.com for possible legal actions. If their forum shuts down, we end up getting scattered. It will be much stronger case and internationally legally enforceable if this group stick together. Kind of our own Plan B.
