It depends on personal opinion. for me consider how much coins that already issued by the team and it's normal to see that. The team has already cut the total supply from 100 million tokens to 22 million tokens and what's wrong with it? that means the bounty funds must be cut also to avoid the dump from the hunters.
It's a consequence to participate in the bounty.

I saw a lot of people complaining about the late verification of KYC, but the team did not give the slightest spare means that this decision was unanimous.
