Word has it they have closed shop so if that's truly the case you'll never see your btc again.

Flexcoin said in a message on its website that all 896 bitcoins stored online were stolen on Sunday.
My condolences for your loss but you should still be able to claim the ones in cold storage according to the article from the Cbc
