You have to be careful with this stuff. The stimulants can be addictive, and everything has side effects.
Most people say that these are not addictive and it's the main reason why they aren't banned. I was thinking about trying armodafinil as it's the improved version of modafinil and easily accessible where I live, but I talked to someone who tried using it and godt discouraged. It appears that the effects don't work wonders for some people. You can be a little more resistant to it. For instance that friend of mine took a normal dose and didn't feel anything, so the next day he doubled it and felt a slight increase of energy, during the day, but also couldn't sleep at night, so it basically threw him out of balance. I also read about the side effects after prolonged use. Some people get like a hangover the next day or insomnia. I might try it anyway to see how my body reacts, but that's it. Insomnia is one of the biggest side effects but you have to decide if that's worthwhile for you or not. Having access to a brain that can go at 100mph instead of just 50mph all day may be worth the turning over countless times as your mind is still racing while you try to sleep. Just don't try counter it with sleeping pills, that's when things will get messy. Insomnia is very dangerous if it is not treated immediately because it can harm body parts, a lot of new diseases are growing due to insomnia, maybe my advice is resting in time and don't focus too much on trading cryptocurrency on the market.

I think trading is very interesting, and does not really require heavy work, and I think trading also provides a lot of big profits.
yeah, trading in cryptocurrency assets in the market does not require hard work, but requires high concentration, and in my opinion this is tiring almost the same as hard work, and as you say there are many big advantages, but this is risky, can get big profits and can also get losses big.

I'm staying as far away from drugs as possible. A little coffee never hurt anyone but that's as far as I'll go. I heard about nootropics but they work best if you have some disabilities and trouble staying awake and focusing. A healthy and smart person won't benefit from taking these pills.

A lot of people in different domains, either it is studying, working or trading, they use nootropics. What is nootropics? In short, nootropics are chemical substances that have direct impact on cognitive skills or help to concentrate and focus. Most popular ones are modafinil,racetams,amphetamines.... Trading is an activity that requires a lot of work and focus,I'm curious to know what is your experience as a trader with these kind of things
I've been using the best nootropics for years - natural and synthetic. Are they necessary to be a good trader? Of course not. Do they help me? Absolutely; they keep me alert, focused, and totally engrossed in my research for hours on end.

This is the first time I've heard about traders taking any medications. Of course, trading cryptography is fraught with nerves, but I think it's not so much.
I will not let myself to taking any medications because in the long-term, there will be a feels of addiction to use that medication and that will not be good for me. It is better to try focus on trading with ourselves and use our brain to focus without using any of medication because I am sure that our body can do that without the medicine. As long as we can stay focus on our trade, I think we don't need those medications, and if somehow, we feel that we are too tired, then the only medicine for this is just taking a rest, and maybe we need to sleep for a while.

Unfortunately, the most popular ones are the worst with side–effects.
I would say instead, that the most effective nootropics are the worst with side-effects.Simply because the most effective ones are synthetic, therefore their side effects are much more dangerous that natural nootropics like coffee or like the ones you've stated above. I still think that experience and skills (which requires time) are more important. And there's no study yet (at least that I know of) that shows the profits difference when experienced traders trade using nootropics or not. It probably gives them some boost, but I think won't it be that much. Well, this is just a claim and a study has to be done to prove it. The idea of using the substance itself doesn't bother me, it's just the same as when you drink coffee to keep you awake to finish your job.
Btw, meditation and self-hypnosis (NLP) could be another option to strengthen our focus.
Ofcourse, experience and skills are important.Nootropics won't make you "Smart" as everybody thinks it does.It will only give to a trader the possibility of giving the best of himself in terms of reasoning, alertness and focus, ofcourse he will not become rich over night thanks to a "magical" pill.
I don't know what to think of meditation,I have tried it before I don't know,I don't feel any self improvement except feeling sleepy.I prefer meditation with music,it gives a good boost of adrenaline.
If anyone has experienced nootropics while trading, please share your experience with us I disagree regarding "the best nootropics being synthetic". This is simply not true. I take a whole bunch of natural nootropics and they help A LOT. Here I usually browse for best nootropics: https://www.yourinception.com/best-nootropics/

I find Modafinil to be by far the most effective. It really gets my attention in 10 places and definitely helps with decision making. I've compiled a list with the best nootropics for productivity here: https://smartnootropics.co.uk/

me and my friends no one uses this kind of thing when trading because trading is not too focused, different from working if trading when tired can rest to calm the mind but if at work I use it sometimes because I have to be more focused

As a trader, I didn't use and I don't wanna use that kind of strategy because it is a drugs and I guess that after all it has a side affects to our body and it is not good as a trader. Because when we take that kind of drugs it may results to us as a greedy traders because we want to trade and trade to earned a profit. We don't need to take any drugs it is just a simple meal and a plenty time to rest is alright. Trading is very stressful and I think that taking a rest is fine for us, not taking an drugs.

I don't think intaking of medicine for focusing on the things you wanted to will be less effective in long term and also might end up in lot of side effects so better try other alternatives to bring concentration like practicing yoga.

I support the idea that we as humans don't need stimulating drugs unless we have some kind of disease. With good sleep(8 hours) I can perform very well even if my day is full with activities. A coffee here and there when I feel a little bit tired - not all mornings all perfect - actually is quite the opposite.
This is my advice to a trader/aspiring trader. Get good sleep, exercise and meditate and of course only begin trading if you are passionate about it.
