I think they received the transaction but they don't have enough Bitcoin to complete the transaction and for this reason the transaction is waiting because of "some technical issue".

They don't show the reserve. If you want to do a large amount transaction, what you can do is hoping they have enough reserve to pay you. Otherwise, you need to wait for some hours.

They have good rate before, i bought a lot from them  at that time. Now, they do not attract me any more.
