I rented vert1 (Scrypt 3.05 MH/s) 3x for total of 5 hours. Was very steady but had a hiccup mid-way so avitela offered added time or partial refund which was received promptly. Would rent again.

We see that there was a problem with the equipment. The problem is fixed now. You will be refunded the amount that you are not exhausted. We will inform you here and personally.

hi,

i just leased you "VERT1" X13 miner but the Speed is around 8.0 to 8.4 MH/s instead of 10MH as announced. Is there something that can be done about that?

EDIT: Looks like that after 25min the hashrate is now @ 10MH/s
EDIT2: and again down to around 8MH
EDIT3: "Problem" SOLVED - received additional leasetime so everything's fine. thank you!

rig ran like garbage from the word go and died with 8 hours left on my rental
he gave me a extended lease for 8 hours then the rig died just as the extra hours started
i got refunded less than $1 in BTC for a 10mh rig with 7+hours left.
i am furious!!!

You do not correct. Rig Ordered 28H, 7H additionally have given an extra lease time. Speed had to be 10mH / s. The average speed was 9Mh / s. Rig worked 28h. You have received monetary compensation for 7h. So you have been compensated more than you have not got.
