I have find out that we should be better without ETF as the sec may never approve it and whenever the issues come up we do have dump in price of all the cryptocurrencies.  The price of bitcoin and altcoins has been limit within a range since August that the application was rejected and now we are having a very serious dump again because of the same issues.

This is not the case. Treating ETFs should be more objective. Perhaps they essentially want cryptocurrencies to depreciate. You must understand this. The cryptocurrency must be the future.

ETF is bitcoin related and anything that happens to it will affect bitcoin price (for good or bad and small or big). the fact that alt coins get dumped is a completely different matter and even if bitcoin were to rise up they would still continue getting dumped and go down because they have been pumped and currently have fake values as their prices which needs to be corrected before they can move on.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.
