Seems like a possible scam ICO. Plus 0 efforts towards creating unique website for the project and using free website creating sites or already made templates - another thing that we find common in scam ICO's.

The site was made through https://www.strikingly.com and "Spectre" is the template they used for this. You can check the similarity in the image below:

Every time i see stolen pictures, especially of the CEO, plagiarized whitepaper or anything else that is copied from other projects, words like possible have to be immediately discarded.

It is rare to see these days well-made scams. Fraudsters does not put any effort whatsoever, considering how easy is to copy website templates, create their tokens for under 5 bucks, and when we take into a account that SCAM is not moderated in here, we shouldn't be surprised at all.

Good job finding another scammer.  Maybe we see the well-made scams all the time, and it is just well-made and hard to point a finger and accuse of a scam!
Probably most of these sloppy scams that we see lately are made by kids, or made by people with little knowledge.
